Refund policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Except for quality issues, damaged items, or incorrect items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 503493925@qq.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Return Approval Required

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Our return address is located in China. Please note that international return shipping costs may be high, depending on your location and shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
For approved returns, the customer must send the item back to us according to our return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
